Please read for more information on visiting our studios before booking an appointment.

Hey folks! With guidance from our State and Local Health Departments as well as the CDC and the  Association of Professional Piercers  we have put together a comprehensive plan to offer safe piercing and tattoo services during the COVID-19 crisis. We are so excited to be able to offer our services and are committed to creating the safest possible environment for our clients and staff.

Appointments:

For the time being we will be operating by appointment only for all tattoo, piercing, jewelry services, and shopping.

SHOP AND COVID POLICIES

Masks are a must

  • Properly fitted masks must be worn the entirety of your visit to all of our studios. (no scarves, bandanas, etc)
  • These must be worn covering your nose and mouth completely
  • If your mask comes down or off at all, we will ask you to leave. We will not perform any service and your deposit will be forfeited.

Maintain social distancing

  • We ask that everyone respects proper physical distancing in the studio.
  • We must keep the number of bodies to a minimum. This means everyone that comes in must have an appointment. We can not allow any extra buddies in during your appointment. If you show up with a friend, we will ask them to wait outside our studio.

Covid

  • Please do not come into our studio if you are feeling any symptoms of Covid, if you have tested positive for Covid or have come in contact with anyone that has tested positive for Covid.

Be on time

  • As we are running on an appointment only basis, being on time for your scheduled appointment is a must. If you run late to your appointment, that could result in running into the next person’s appointment time.
  • If you are late to your appointment more than 10 minutes, we may not have time to perform the service. If this is the case, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • If you think you may be running late at all, please give the studio a call. If you are unable to reach us over the phone please email us.

Consent waivers

  • We have gone digital with our consent waivers! We ask that you fill one out before the time of your appointment. This helps us to stay on schedule with appointment times.
  • Waivers are required to be filled out for every visit that we preform a service on you, even if you have been here before and filled this waiver.

Proper ID’s are required at the time of your appointment

  • We can only tattoo folks that are 18 years or older with a valid ID. We cannot tattoo minors, even with parental consent.

  • Government issued photo IDs are required for anyone 18 years or older.

  • For minors getting pierced with parent/legal guardian permission please bring a copy of the
    minor’s birth certificate and ensure that the parent or guardian also has their state issued ID.

  • If you do not bring the proper IDs with you to your appointment we will not be permitted to pierce you. Your deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits

  • Deposits are required for all tattoo and piercing related appointments.
  • The deposit goes towards the overall price of your service.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel an appointment your deposit will be forfeited.
  • If you need to reschedule you must give us at least a 48 hour notice from your appointment time.
    Please give our studio a call, if we are unreachable this way, email us. If you reschedule less than 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • If the studio closes due to weather, we will happily reschedule your appointment with no deposit forfeit. We will reach out to you with these circumstances. You may also check in on our social media platforms, where we will post any closures.

Covid and Deposits

  • As stated prior, if you are feeling any symptoms of Covid, have tested positive, or have come in contact with anyone that has tested positive for Covid – please do not come into our studio. We will happily hold onto your deposit until we can reschedule you at a safer time. Please just reach
    out to us about this.

Shop set up / Other things to know:

  • As always, all tattoo and piercing services will be done in private rooms and all rooms and surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected between clients.
  • Clients and staff will be required to wear a mask at all times.
  • We require every person to sanitize their hand upon entering our studios.
  • We will be keeping studio volume at an all-time low, with few people allowed to occupy a given space at one time.
  • We are not offering any mouth/oral/tongue piercing services in any of our studios.
